I married my long-time girlfriend Wen Xiu on 1 June 2021. Instead of spending exorbitant amounts of money on a huge wedding ceremony, we opted to take advantage of our mutual love for playing cards to print a deck of cards to celebrate our love for each other.
I had the idea to print a deck of cards based on our favourite pair of shorts that I own, which Wen Xiu has nicknamed as my “Pug Pants” due to its design. Designed by Edo Huang and printed by Cartamundi on their Slimline Board Stock and B9 finish, the Pug Pants Playing Cards is a fun and humorous deck that everyone will love.
We printed only a very small run in order to give them out as gifts to our close friends and family. However, we then decided to do some charity and sell some decks, where all profits will be donated to the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) Singapore.
